Job summary

Mountain West Bank in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Clerk. This full-time role supports loan servicing by booking, assembling, scanning, and verifying loan documents, ensuring accurate servicing of consumer loans, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

The position reports to the Consumer Loan Servicing Team Lead and requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a 40-hour workweek,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in an office setting.
• Knowledge of banking policies and procedures is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payments and maintenances in a timely manner.
• Prepare and verify consumer loan documentation.
• Support loan servicing by booking and updating records.
• Provide courteous customer service to branches and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of loan information.
