Job summary

FastLease is seeking an Account Executive to manage tenant relationships from initial contact to signed leases in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. You will coordinate tours, maintain open lines of communication with clients, and drive deals to close while building lasting relationships with owners and tenants.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to juggle multiple tours and leads, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both written and in person.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking for tours, leads, and deals.
• Self-driven, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work on-site in Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with prospective tenants from first contact through signed lease.
• Coordinate, schedule, and run property tours and showings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients while keeping them informed and responsive to their needs.
• Follow up consistently on leads, tours, and pending leases to keep deals moving.
• Build long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants.
• Track all activity and communication in our CRM.
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client.
