Bigos Management, Inc. in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Leasing Support Specialist to backfill leasing activities and improve property performance across communities.

You will show apartments, process applications, and support marketing efforts while maintaining high service standards for residents and prospects. This on-site role requires travel between properties, a strong customer focus, and collaboration with property teams to meet occupancy goals and drive leasing results.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family leasing or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Inside Sales to improve show conversion rates.
• Serve as primary leasing consultant at properties and handle showings, applications and lease signings.
• Maintain CRM records of prospect interactions and leasing status.
• Support marketing efforts to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
• Ensure apartments are show-ready and curb appeal is maintained.
