Responsibilities

• Conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Coordinates with flight operations and catering teams to ensure timely loading of aircraft.
• Monitors ramp efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Resolves operational issues promptly and maintains records on ramp activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
