Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs is seeking a Safety Manager for our Santa Ana operation. You will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of employee and ramp safety programs in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, investigations, and risk analyses; coordinating with regulators, airline partners, and internal teams; and driving a culture of proactive safety and compliance across the site. A background in aviation safety and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of aviation safety experience is required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FAA, DOT and airline safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of safety programs for aviation operations.
• Coordinate safety audits, investigations and risk mitigation.
• Serve as safety liaison with airline partners and regulators.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
