Job summary

SkyChefs is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Ramp & Transportation in Austin, TX. You will oversee airline catering drivers, dispatch operations, and last-mile delivery to aircraft, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and performance. On-site, with a weekly Tue–Sat schedule and typical hours 9am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in production/operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ramp operations, including management of drivers, dispatch and route coordination.
• Manage ramp personnel: scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, compliance with SOPs and timely delivery to aircraft.
• Monitor on-time performance and adjust staffing to meet SLAs.
• Document processes and drive continuous improvement in operations.
