Responsibilities

• Manages ramp personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations (OSHA, FAA, TSA).
• Conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Coordinates with flight operations and catering teams for timely loading of aircraft.
• Monitors and optimizes ramp efficiency, including equipment utilization and workflow.
• Resolves operational issues and maintains records and performance reports.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
