Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a safety‑focused Site Leader to oversee daily rail operations at industrial facilities in the United States. You will lead teams, mentor employees, and foster strong customer relationships while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role is full-time and requires the ability to manage schedules, enforce safety protocols, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in rail operations, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support in-plant rail operations including switching, track maintenance, transloading, and equipment management.
• Lead teams, develop employees, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and coverage across shifts to meet contract requirements.
• Maintain safety certifications, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage administrative duties such as timekeeping, reporting, and evaluations.
