ZTR is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support major U.S. customers, serving as on-site technical representative and collaborating with internal teams. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system commissioning, customer training, and resolving complex technical issues.

Based in the United States (East St. Louis, IL or North Little Rock, AR preferred; live near Little Rock, AR or East St. Louis, IL). Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ZTR control systems using advanced PLC knowledge.
• Perform on-site commissioning and investigative troubleshooting of ZTR equipment.
• Provide technical training to customers on-site.
• Collaborate with and support the sales team as required.
• Participate in project coordination and project management activities as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%-30%, including travel within the U.S.).
• After hours on-call support for local emergency troubleshooting
