Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator for on-site leadership on DFW metroplex projects. The role governs quality processes, develops project quality plans, and ensures inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover readiness align with contract requirements and safety standards.

You will train project teams, coordinate with PMs and field crews, and drive continuous improvement through audits and data-driven metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial mechanical or related work.
• Minimum of 3 years with QA/QC systems, documentation governance, audits, or project quality planning.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and turnover processes.
• Proven ability to develop QA plans, conduct audits, analyze metrics, and lead quality meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC plans, inspection/test plans, checklists, and turnover requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and codes to identify risks and acceptance criteria.
• Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and milestone walks with teams.
• Maintain deficiency logs and ensure closure evidence across projects.
• Coach QA/QC staff and lead continuous-improvement actions.
