Job summary

IMC Construction is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and continuously improve our QA/QC programs across projects. You will partner with Project Executives to ensure alignment with contracts, codes, and IMC’s standards while mitigating risk and driving high-quality outcomes with a focus on MEP/FP systems, building envelope performance, and water damage prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in construction quality, field management, or technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, QA/QC best practices, and building codes.
• Demonstrated experience with MEP/FP systems, building envelopes, and commissioning processes.
• Experience using Procore (Inspections, Observations, Documentation) or similar CM platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, mentor, and partner with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA/QC procedures, checklists, and tools.
• Lead QA/QC kickoff meetings and ensure plan compliance throughout construction.
• Perform field walks to assess workmanship, materials, and QA/QC compliance.
• Identify, document, and track quality issues; coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee MEP/FP installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Provide quality updates to project leadership and support continuous improvement.
