Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of responsibility for large commercial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-free environment through actions and mentoring.
• Participate in Submittal review and comment.
• Conduct Schedule review and comment.
• Develop project specific QA / QC Plans.
• Develop and manage BIM360, including participants, checklists, issues, and observations.
• Develop & Maintain QC documents (checklists, site observation reports, issues log).
• Lead and Direct Quality activities and Issue Resolution.
• QC Reporting.
