Manhattan Construction Group is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality activities on major construction projects. You will work under the Site Quality & Commissioning leadership, supporting the project team to deliver reliable, repeatable, and maintainable results that meet design requirements.

The role requires a strong background in QA/QC, coordination with project managers and engineers, and ability to manage submittals, schedules, and field observations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of responsibility for large commercial construction projects preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct QA/QC activities on projects.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans and documents.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate QA/QC reporting and observation logs.
• Participate in owner-architect-contractor meetings.
• Maintain contract documents and safety/environment policies.
