Upgrade Resources is seeking a QA/QC Superintendent for DFW/DFW Metroplex, TX, on-site. You will lead field quality planning, coordinate tests and turnover, and drive deficiencies closure across multiple commercial mechanical projects. Reports to Manager - QA/QC & CX.

Requires extensive QA/QC background and strong leadership on site. The role emphasizes inspection discipline, root-cause resolution, and collaboration with general contractors, designers, and trades to deliver reliable systems and

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• 8+ years in commercial mechanical construction, QA/QC, or field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and project sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead inspections and coordinate milestones.
• Proficient with Office and digital planning, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans, ITPs, staffing, and documentation standards.
• Lead QA/QC coordinators and coordinate with field teams and project managers.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, codes, and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, turnover, and documentation for turnover.
• Lead meetings, issue resolution, and lessons learned for projects.
• Manage deficiency logs, priorities, due dates, and escalation.
• Report quality performance to leadership and escalate risks.
