Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a QA Coordinator for a temporary, on-site role in Telford, PA. You will support quality activities, coordinate shipping and trade compliance, and help resolve customer warranty issues in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years in QA/QC within a manufacturing setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge of FDA-style documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of quality documentation, records, and reports.
