FHE is seeking a QA Technician to serve as the final inspection point before products are shipped. The role includes data entry into CORE, inventory management, and coordinating with multiple departments to verify orders and specifications.

Candidates should be able to operate or learn to operate basic shop tools, work in a warehouse environment, and communicate professionally with customers and team members. This position requires adherence to PPE and safety standards.

• Manage inventory (Admin).
• Prioritize job orders.
• Complete quality control documents, enter correct data into computer, upload pertinent info into Core (Admin).
• Validate all info from all departments and compare to customer sales order for accuracy (Admin).
• Learn the different types of equipment and products used at FHE and the purpose they serve.
• Learn measurements, how to weigh equipment, how to stencil.
• Represent FHE by greeting customers in a professional manner.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Look for errors on serial numbers, paint colors, job numbers, flange size and service type (correctly stamped)
• Communicate with various departments regarding job orders, inventory, ETA for job completion, etc.
• Be willing and able to perform tasks without direct supervision that may require physical labor, and possibly the
• Complete all other tasks as assigned, i.e. helping in shop and other departments during down time.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
