Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines related to injuries and workers’ compensation.
• Onboarding and onsite training to ensure practice proficiency.
• Experience with a wide range of patient injuries/issues.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledge.
• Current PT license for the state of operation in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Educate client contacts on OSSPT role in injury prevention and outcomes.
• As applicable, attend and participate in regularly cadenced client meetings.
• Foster long-term partnerships by exceeding client expectations to ensure retention.
• Track time utilization and report data to meet client needs and KPIs.
• Provide timely documentation of all employee/patient interactions.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with client’s employees, HR, Safety, and Wellness teams.
• Communicate effectively with client HR, Safety, Wellness teams and employees.
• Schedule, perform and document evaluations and follow-ups for work injuries and prevention.
