Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient services in Red Oak, TX. You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized plans of care, and guide rehab with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Current Texas PT license or licensure eligibility.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
