Job summary

Kasa Living is seeking a Property Operations Lead (Maintenance) in Boston to oversee on-site guest experiences at the Boston Commons building. You will ensure functionality of in-unit supplies and building systems, and perform regular inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness per Kasa standards.

You will fix items, install furnishings, repair drywall, and handle routine maintenance, occasionally evenings and weekends.

• Collaborate with Kasa teams and partners to implement cost-effective improvements.
• Occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
