Job summary

Kasa is a tech-enabled hospitality brand seeking a Property Operations Lead (Maintenance) for the Boston Commons building. You will ensure the functionality of all building systems, manage in-unit supplies, and perform routine maintenance to meet brand standards.

The role involves in-person inspections, collaboration with teams, and delivering high-quality guest experiences. Typical duties include fixing items, replacing furnishings, repairing drywall, and painting.

Qualifications

• Think like an owner at all times by taking accountability for unit/building performance; maximize operating profit per unit.
• Proficient with modern technology tools and effectively uses them to complete daily work.
• Comfortable with using a toolkit and able to devise clever solutions to common minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain functionality and efficiency of all in-unit supplies and technology.
• Perform regular in-person inspections of public spaces, common areas, and units to meet Kasa brand standards.
• Fix in-unit items, install replacement furnishings, repair drywall, paint, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate daily with Kasa teams and partners to drive operational and guest experience improvements.
• Identify and execute cost-effective property improvements aligned with brand standards.
