Job summary

Kasa Living is seeking a Property Operations Lead in Austin to oversee on-site guest experience, unit readiness, and brand standards across the South portfolio. You will inspect public spaces, coordinate with housekeeping and vendors, stock supplies, and handle guest issues with calm, pragmatic problem solving.

Flexible schedule, 32–40 hours per week, with some nights and weekends, and an emphasis on cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Think like an owner by owning unit/building performance and maximizing operating profit per unit.
• Proficient with modern technology/tools and able to apply them daily.
• Comfortable with a toolkit and performing common repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Establish and implement streamlined processes to ensure high-quality standards with external partners.
• Punctual and willing to work nights and weekends.
• Collaborates with leadership and peers to improve operations and guest experience.
• Resolve guest issues quickly with confidence, empathy, and creativity.
• Support change management efforts to implement new processes, tools, or technology.
• Execute established processes precisely and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Visit and assess units to complete recurring property management tasks.
• Replace broken items and liaise with housekeeping and service vendors.
• Stock supplies and support for lockouts and guest requests.
• Collaborate with teams to drive cost-efficient property improvements.
• Support on-site inspections to ensure brand standards and readiness.
