South Metro Housing Options in Littleton, CO, is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, tenant relations, and reporting. The role focuses on lease processing, unit showings, and compliance with housing programs.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in management, and a valid driver’s license. Training in Section 8, HUD rules, and Yardi is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in a management role, preferably property management.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Section 8 housing or HUD regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in daily operation of the properties.
• Process lease renewals and recertifications.
• Show vacant units to prospective residents/tenants/applicants.
• Monitor and resolve tenant issues and maintain incident documentation.
• Handle emergency resident calls and provide information/resources.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain logs.
