Job summary

US Storage Centers is seeking a Resident Property Manager in Littleton, CO. You will market storage solutions, work both in-office and on the property, and keep spaces ready to rent. The role requires a Real ID or Passport for travel training and a valid driver’s license.

The position is full-time with a schedule 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, weekends may be required. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour with housing accommodations provided, and travel of 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 50 pounds; walk outdoors up to 50% of time; climb stairs; perform cleaning and daily maintenance

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance
• Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Process payments accurately and handle cash
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform duties
