Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Salem, OR is seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to oversee daily operations, occupancy, and financial performance of a property portfolio, supervising on-site Leasing Agents and property teams.

The Property Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Manager to support business growth, team development, and operational success. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience; large-site or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations.
• Experience with property financials and budgets.
• Experience with AppFolio, Tenant Tech, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and enforce company policies.
• Monitor occupancy, rent collections, and delinquency.
• Supervise, mentor, and onboard Leasing Agents and site teams; conduct evaluations.
• Plan leasing and marketing strategies; monitor occupancy trends and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, audits, and resident concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and vendor relationships.
