You will build relationships with residents, coordinate with maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property portfolios or multi-site communities (apartment/housing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of multiple apartment communities.

• Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Track budgets, expenses, and property performance.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
