Qualifications

• Driver's License and ability to drive to properties.
• Must show legal documentation proving ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations across multiple properties.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure a high-quality rental experience.
• Supervise contractors and renovations, ensuring adherence to budgets and standards.
• Monitor rent roll, occupancy, and collections to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with leadership for staff training and property improvements.
• Support on-site teams to maintain consistent marketing and tenant outreach.
