Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management, a growing Southeast real estate management company, seeks a Property Manager to oversee two Rainbow City, AL apartment complexes and support tenant services for a high-volume portfolio. The role is on-site and full-time, focusing on leasing, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will report to the Director of Property Management, manage contractor relationships, and drive occupancy while maintaining budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity and strong work ethic.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property management operations to ensure leasing, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
• Works with Director of Property Management to provide training opportunities and support.
• Manages contractor relationships for capital projects and renovations within budget.
• Monitors rent rolls, occupancy, and collections to optimize performance.
• Ensures properties are marketing-ready and positioned for tenant sourcing and retention.
