Responsibilities

• Oversee property management to ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, contract management, and collections align with company standards.
• Coordinate training with the Director of Property Management to support property managers.
• Oversee contractor relationships at new acquisitions and ongoing CAPEX projects to stay on budget.
• Monitor rent rolls to drive occupancy and improve collections.
• Ensure marketing for each property is established and maintained per standards.
