Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, contracts, collections, screening, onboarding, evictions, renovations, and facilities services across properties.
Coordinate with Director of Property Management to ensure optimal training for Property Managers.
Manage contractor relationships during acquisitions and CAPEX projects to meet budgets and timelines.
Oversee CAPEX spend tracking and capital projects within the region.
Select contractors for CAPEX projects and ensure timely issue resolution with the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in with checklists and on-site visits.
Monitor rent rolls to drive occupancy and reduce collections.
Analyze reports to increase efficiency and proactive problem solving.
