Mercy Housing is seeking a Property Manager for New Tacoma Senior Apartments in Tacoma, WA. This on-site role oversees leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and overall building operations to maintain occupancy and budget health.

You will lead staff, ensure compliance with housing laws, and implement cost-saving measures while delivering excellent customer service to residents and coordinating with Maintenance and Resident Services teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with housing or property management helpful.
• Ability to manage finances and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents in collaboration with staff.
• Manage rent collections and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain occupancy targets and implement leasing strategies.
• Oversee property operations within approved budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor expenses to align with budget and drive NOI performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete all required documentation.
