Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, ceilings.
• Repair and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents (turnover).
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.
