Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of a multifamily property in the Denver area. You will implement company policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include renewals, move-in/out processing, financial reporting, and coordinating maintenance. The role requires leadership of at least two full-time staff and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in property management preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual is strongly preferred.
• No formal degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the apartment community and ensure compliant operations.
• Renewals and lease expiration handling.
• Prepare 10-day notices, late fees, and move-in/out paperwork.
• Manage documentation and reporting for financials and operations.
• Oversee marketing, resident communications, and vacancy postings.
• Directly supervise a minimum of two full-time staff and manage performance.
