Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site in Fall River, MA. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgets, and team performance, driving occupancy and revenue while upholding excellent resident service.

You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with marketing, and ensure financial performance and compliance. This leadership role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach to create a vibrant

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required or preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Entrata or similar PM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Run the Show – oversee all day-to-day operations incl. leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the Team – hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff; foster positive culture.
• Market Like a Pro – collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Drive Financial Performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, ensure rent collection.
• Be Resident‑Focused – serve as go-to contact, resolve concerns, welcome residents, build community.
• Keep It Looking Great – conduct property inspections, ensure unit readiness, oversee maintenance standards.
• Stay on Top of It All – submit financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, ensure compliance.
• Stay Plugged In – engage with local apartment associations and regional leaders.
