Job summary

Barrett Business Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a 48-unit housing community. This on-site role pays 24.00 USD hourly and includes a 1x1 unit housing option.

The position requires English proficiency, basic computer skills and the ability to manage operations per policy and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing leases, rent collection, property inspections, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be competent in basic computer skills, typing, spelling, telephone techniques and basic mathematics.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Be able to follow safety labels and written and verbal instructions.
• Must have the specific ability to follow and give technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in operating property computer, scanner, copier, calculator and other office machines.
• Adhere to office schedule as approved by supervisor and needs of the property.
• Present a professional appearance according to business etiquette.
• Attend educational courses and pass required tests.
• Supervise personnel and manage contractor selection and purchasing.
• Maintain resident relations, rental applications, leases and occupancy terms.
• Collect rent, issue receipts and perform timely bank deposits.
• Walk the property weekly for inspections and vacancy verifications.
