Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and agency instructions.
• Must be able to implement technical instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rental applications and determine initial eligibility for 61 units.
• Handle leasing, wait lists, and execution of leases.
• Collect rent and issue receipts; perform daily deposits.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and monthly detailed unit checks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate outside vendors.
• Maintain resident relations and comply with Fair Housing policies.
