Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in on-site property management.
• 1 year as Manager or supervisory experience.
• Tax credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and maximize occupancy and property value.
• Lead and train on-site staff; schedule and supervise daily activities.
• Handle leasing, marketing, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
• Ensure rent collection, timely deposits, and accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain property appearance and oversee vendor/contractor communications.
