Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management, headquartered in Raleigh and expanding across the Southeast, seeks a Property Manager for Vernon, TX. This full-time on-site role will oversee two apartment complexes and ensure tenants have an exceptional rental experience.

The position involves leasing, maintenance coordination, screening, move-ins, and rent roll oversight, with collaboration with the Director of Property Management on training and CAPEX projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive to properties.
• Experience with AppFolio or Entrata is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management across two Vernon, TX complexes.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and tenant screening processes.
• Manage rent rolls and occupancy to optimize revenue.
• Work with Director of Property Management on training and CAPEX initiatives.
• Ensure units are ready for move-in and maintain company standards.
