S:US is seeking an On Site Property Manager to oversee 4–5 multifamily buildings in the Bronx and Brooklyn. You will liaise with tenants, coordinate property activities, and work with the Facilities Department, program staff, and back-office teams to ensure unit availability and timely maintenance.

Responsibilities include weekly property visits, coordinating repairs, minimizing violations, managing unit turnovers, and liaising with contractors.

Formación

• 5+ years of property management experience in affordable housing or LIHTC/Section 8.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Yardi experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visit each property weekly and inspect for quality.
• Coordinate with Facilities, superintendents and porters to prioritize work orders and repairs.
• Minimize municipal violations and ensure HPD/DEP/ECB/FDNY compliance.
• Coordinate turnover of vacant units to avoid income loss; communicate with SPA department.
• Engage with outside vendors and contractors and supervise access and inspections.
