Job summary

SCS is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee on-site leasing, tenant relations, and service coordination for up to 200 tenants. You will lead the on-site team under the Area Property Manager and drive occupancy through proactive leasing and open communication.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, issuing notices, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring 95% occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education & experience in business or property management.
• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, and sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage properties with tenant capacity up to 200.
• Achieve 95% occupancy by responding to leads via email, text, or phone calls.
• Show apartments and guide applicants through the application process.
• Execute lease contracts with accuracy and issue 5 Day Notices for violations.
• Coordinate turnover, move-ins/outs, and vendor coordination.
