Job summary

S.C. Swiderski (SCS) Athens, WI seeks a Property Manager II to lead leasing and on-site operations for communities up to 200 tenants. You’ll drive occupancy, supervise service staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with housing laws while supporting marketing and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, property management, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of property management experience with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, and sales is helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platform experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee properties with up to 200 tenants and ensure high service quality.
• Show apartments, assist applicants, and process leasing to maintain 95% occupancy.
• Execute lease contracts and issue 5 Day Notices for violations.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and host Open Houses as needed.
• Supervise on-site staff, maintenance, and service providers.
• Support day-to-day leasing operations and occupancy forecasts.
