Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on general maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Supervisory experience in hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience caring for lawns, trees, shrubs and pools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community maintenance operations and inspections.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and allocate work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record findings.
• Complete regular property inspections.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance.
• Assist with annual property budget and capex planning.
• Ensure safety practices and service quality.
