RPM Living in Houston is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multi-family property. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and resident relations, while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on management of leasing processes, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead property staff, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and performance reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily ops.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end/year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints and service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
