Job summary

Community Management Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced on-site Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community.

Under the Regional Property Manager, you will manage advertising approvals, screening applicants, processing leases and move-ins, coordinating maintenance, collecting rents, and maintaining resident relations while ensuring compliance with HUD, RD, and NCHFA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, experienced, multi-tasker, professional, willing to learn, able to follow directions and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall on-site operations of the apartment project.
• Process applications by verifying eligibility, conducting background checks, and landlord history.
• Interview and approve applicants and maintain active waiting lists; update status regularly.
• Execute leases, certifications, and unit inspections with residents at move-in and anniversaries.
• Enforce lease, house rules, and community rules; maintain resident and maintenance files.
