Job summary

Roam Hospitality seeks a hands-on Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the 1896 House Country Inn & Pub in Williamstown, MA. This on-site role oversees housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and restaurant and bar operations.

The position requires living within commuting distance, with no housing provided. You will collaborate with Roam's remote Property Management, Guest Care, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably within hotels, boutique properties, resorts, inns, or short‑term‑rental operations.
• Strong supervision experience and coordinating hospitality operations are strongly preferred.
• Experience with hotel operations, housekeeping oversight, food & beverage, front desk, or property management is highly valuable.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Able to operate independently while coordinating with a remote leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and coordinate housekeeping staff and leads.
• Ensure adequate staffing and turnover across all buildings.
• Conduct quality-assurance inspections before guest arrival.
• Recruit, interview, and hire housekeeping team members.
• Oversee on-site restaurant and bar operations, staff, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Maintain inventory levels for guest rooms and common areas; track deliveries.
