Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio or Entrata preferred).
• Proficient with Excel and Word or similar.
• Clean driving license and ability to travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management across a growing portfolio.
• Build and maintain tenant relationships to ensure rental experience.
• Source and screen tenants to meet rental requirements.
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in and maintain turnover efficiency.
• Manage rent rolls, occupancy, and collections.
• Oversee capital projects and vendor relationships; track budgets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager on work orders and facility issues.
• Support marketing for properties to attract tenants.
