Job summary

MiddleTown Property Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Muncie, IN. This on-site role oversees daily operations, leasing activities, resident inquiries, and move-in/out processes to maintain occupancy and community standards.

You will coordinate maintenance with vendors, perform property inspections, monitor rent, assist with budgeting and reporting, and support compliance with company policies and regulations. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, and occupancy management.
• Operational/administrative skills: scheduling, recordkeeping, basic budgeting or reporting.
• Maintenance coordination with vendors and inspections.
• Strong customer service and professional communication with residents, owners, vendors, and colleagues.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution with calm, fair approach.
• Proficiency with property management software and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for assigned properties.
• Coordinate leasing activities and respond to resident inquiries.
• Ensure smooth move-in/move-out processes and maintain community standards.
• Manage maintenance requests and vendor relationships; conduct property inspections.
• Monitor rent collections, assist with budgeting and basic reporting; support regulatory compliance.
