Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee a large multifamily community in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead leasing, occupancy, renewals, rent collections, and resident satisfaction while coordinating with maintenance to ensure efficient operations and a positive resident experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of multifamily management experience, proven leadership, and knowledge of Fair Housing and Indiana landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the leasing team, oversee tours and applications.
• Develop marketing to drive occupancy and leasing velocity.
• Manage renewals, negotiations, and notices per policy.
• Monitor rent collections and enforce payment terms.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a welcoming community.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely service and turnover.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor performance metrics.
