Job summary

MMG Management seeks a Community Manager to oversee an assigned property’s operations, occupancy, and financials. You will lead the on-site team, manage leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations, and ensure compliance with laws and MMG policies. The role requires coordinating budgets, reporting, and resident satisfaction.

You will drive marketing, retention strategies, and staff development, while maintaining a professional community presence and adhering to MMG’s core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience in multi-family communities.
• Budget management and financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop on-site teams.
• CAM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage leasing, occupancy, and competitive pricing to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and manage the property budget; monitor rent collections and expenses.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance reviews for on-site teams.
• Implement marketing strategies and community events to improve retention.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and risk management practices.
