Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; plus one year property management experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license; clean MVR.
• Professional certification preferred (CMH, ARM, CAM, RAM).
• Ability to manage budgets and rental office operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Manage property office staff; oversee bookkeeping, marketing, and lease prep.
• Supervise the Social Service Coordinator and related functions.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
• Market property in accordance with Fair Housing and guidelines.
• Submit required reports to management or government agencies.
• Maintain office files and financial records; ensure accurate deposits.
• Inspect property daily and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; VIP attendance at VOA conferences.
• Maintain integrity and uphold organizational values; flexible schedule.
