Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's in social work or related field is preferred.
• Experience in human services or homelessness programs is preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessment with clients at intake and update as needs change.
• Develop comprehensive service plans with clients and coordinate with Residential Trainers.
• Provide advocacy to obtain in-house and community services for clients.
• Document services and training per HUD/agency guidelines; maintain confidentiality.
